Distinct Renovations originated as a carpentry company in Queensland Australia. Since moving to Perth years ago we have changed our name to Distinct Renovations and grown to become a building company focusing on timber frame building techniques.
In most parts of Australia the preferred method of construction is timber framed homes, there are many benefits of building with timber. We are here to help you save on time and to help you build with flexible materials to create your dream renovation, timber frame extension, second story addition and or custom new build.
Our Team
Dean who is the registered builder and supervisor has been on a construction site since he can remember. He is a qualified carpenter and has his Diploma of Building and Construction.
With a wealth of experience across the UK and Australia, Dean is extremely knowledgeable when working with timber and can help his customers make decisions on design to save on cost. He has a strong passion for what he does, this is reflected in his attention to detail while on site.
Jane graduated from Deakin University back in 2007 with a Bachelor of Commerce. Janes number one priority is to ensure the customers are continually updated with regards to their job so there is never any uncertainty. With her business background she ensures the office and its systems run smoothly.
Distinct Renovations also have a list of qualified and experienced sub contractors we work with across all trades. These selected trades must meet with our quality expectations to ensure they too reflect the Distinct brand name.
With Deans 20 years’ industry experience, Janes strong emphasis on communication, along with our use of quality sub contractors, Distinct Renovations continue to provide a personable reliable service that goes beyond client expectations.
